Welcome to the Youth Sport Trust (YST) Class of 2035 web site. The Youth Sport Trust Class of 2035 web site (the “Site”) celebrates YST’s 20th anniversary. The Site provides you with access to YST’s future predictions of how children may be in the future, a film about the YST’s impact and a timeline of their story so far. The Site also aggregates social media content that relates to the Class of 2035 (more information below). By accessing this Site, you agree to these terms of use and any additional terms and conditions that may be published by Youth Sport Trust on the Site, as may be amended from time to time (collectively referred to as the “Terms of Use”) BY USING THE SITE YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF USE. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON THE TERMS OF USE, YOU SHOULD CONSULT WITH A LAWYER BEFORE USING THIS SITE.

In these Terms of Use, the words “you” and “your” mean the person who has accessed the Site, as defined below. The words “we,” “us” and “our” mean Youth Sport Trust (YST). “Site” means www.classof2035.com.


The website www.classof2035.com (the "Website") is a website owned by Youth Sport Trust ("YST").

Legal Agreement

By entering the Website, and/or any page accessible on the Website you accept, without limitation or qualification, the terms and conditions set out below (the "Terms") and the Privacy Policy which shall apply as though set out here in full, in both cases without modification. By accessing and using the Website, you acknowledge that you are bound by the Terms.

If you do not wish to be bound by the Terms you should not access or use the Website.

YST may modify the Terms in its absolute discretion from time to time without individual notice to you. You will be deemed to have accepted any modifications if you continue to use the Website after they have been posted.

Right to Share Content

We are granting you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for you to view, share, print or download any Content, as defined below, from the Site for your own personal use. You are not granted the right to license, republish, distribute, copy, assign, sublicense, transfer, sell, prepare of derivative works or other non-personal use any Content on the Site. You may not use, transfer, copy or reproduce any part of the Content, the Website or its source HTML code in whole or in part, in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical or otherwise, except for the sole purpose of viewing the Content. This includes electronic reproduction by uploading or downloading. You may not use automated systems (e.g. robots, spiders, etc.) to access the Site. You agree not to collect personally identifiable information of other users of the Site or to sell or otherwise exploit that information. Except for the limited rights expressly granted herein, all right, title and interest in and to the Site and all Content contained therein are reserved and owned by Youth Sport Trust.

Youth Sport Trust reserves the right to change or modify Content, materials or information appearing on or in connection with this Site, including these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you. Youth Sport Trust may at any time revise these Terms of Use by updating this posting. You are responsible for regularly reviewing the Terms of Use. Any changes or revisions are effective immediately upon posting. Continued access to the Site following any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Intellectual Property Rights

The Website, and all the information and graphic representations, videos and images on it (the "Content"), are owned by, or licensed to YST. All text, formatting (including without limitation the selection, coordination and arrangement of materials on the Site, and the images, graphics, animation, tools, widgets, applications, commercials, videos, music, sounds, articles, copy, creative materials, photos, videos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and logos, and other materials and information on this Site are subject to the intellectual property rights of Youth Sport Trust, its affiliates, and their respective licensors and licensees (collectively “Content”). These materials may not be copied, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, modified, reposted to other web sites, framed, deep linked to, changed, or otherwise distributed, redistributed, licensed, sublicensed or transferred in any form by you. Nothing contained on the Site shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to make commercial use of any Youth Sport Trust trademark, intellectual property right or copyrighted material without Youth Sport Trust’s prior written permission. The trademarks, logos, trade names and service marks, whether registered or unregistered (collectively the “Trademarks”) displayed on the Site are Trademarks of Youth Sport Trust and its third party alliance partners. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any Trademark displayed on the Site without the written permission of Youth Sport Trust or such third party that may own the Trademark.

The exception to this ownership is the content that is aggregated from the social media channels using the hashtag – this content is owned by the individual, group or organisation which posts this content using the content.

Any unauthorised commercial use of these materials will violate Youth Sport Trust’s intellectual property rights and will be subject to Youth Sport Trust’s full legal rights and remedies.

Links to or use of third party sites or software

Social Aggregation

You will not be asked to enter any information to the website. The only area of the site where user’s content is displayed is within the social aggregation section. The social aggregation is powered by Twine Social, third party software which enables content from a hashtag to be displayed on the site. The Youth Sport Trust has moderation rights on this content and their decision to publish or not publish any content is at their discretion.

Users are reminded that any social media posts with the hashtag #Classof2035 will be pulled through to Twine Social and so they are reminded to not write anything offensive or abusive in any way. For the avoidance of doubt, any posts of this nature will not be published and – in accordance with the Youth Sport Trust’s Responsible Interaction Policy – in cases where there are repeat posts or serious offence, the user will be blocked and, if appropriate, reported.

The Website contains links to websites operated by parties other than YST, including, but not limited to, that operated by Youth Sport Direct Limited ("Third Party Websites"). These links are provided for your convenience. When you activate one of them, you will leave the Website. YST has no control over, and will accept no responsibility for or liability in respect of, material on any website that is not under its control.

The inclusion of links to Third Party Websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on them or any association with their operators.

You will not arrange for any Third Party Website to be connected to any part of the Website by way of hyperlink or otherwise without YST's written consent.

No unlawful or prohibited use

You undertake to YST that you will not use the Website for any purpose or in any way that is prohibited by these Terms or is otherwise unlawful.

You agree to indemnify YST, its officers, employees, and licensors on demand in respect of any loss that it or they may suffer as a result, directly or indirectly, of any breach by you of this undertaking.

In preparing the Website, YST has endeavoured to offer current, correct and clearly expressed information.  However, YST cannot guarantee that the information will be accurate, complete or current at all times and accepts no liability for any reliance placed by any person on the information.

YST makes no representations or warranties of any kind about the suitability, reliability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information contained on the Website for any purpose. YST expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions with regard to this information, including, without limitation, warranties of technical efficiency, satisfactory quality, availability, non-infringement, completeness and fitness for a particular purpose.

YST shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to, damages for loss of use, data or profits, arising out of the use or performance of the Website, the provision of or failure to provide services, or for any information obtained through the Website, or otherwise arising out of the use of the Website, whether based on contract, negligence, or otherwise, without limitation, even if YST has been advised of the possibility of damage.


If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Website, or with any of these Terms, your sole remedy, except as specifically provided in these Terms, is to stop using the Website.

Notwithstanding anything in these Terms, YST does not disclaim liability for death or injury caused by its own negligence or for any liability resulting from its fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation or for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

YST reserves the right to remove any information or material on the Website without warning, and without prejudice to any other accrued rights, and/or make available such information or material when required to do so by law or when requested to do so by regulatory bodies or law enforcement organisations.


YST reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, your access to or use of the Website with or without notice.

Virus protection and compatibility


While certain precautions have been taken to detect computer viruses and ensure security, YST cannot guarantee that the Website is virus-free and secure.

YST shall not be liable for any loss or damage which occurs as a result of any virus or breach of security. YST does not give any warranties as to the compatibility of the Website with your computer systems, software and/or hardware.


YST may restrict your access to the Website, refuse to correspond with you, and/or remove your details from any relevant database without prejudice to any other accrued rights, without prior notice to you where:

Unless otherwise specified, the Website is directed solely at those who access this site from the United Kingdom. Those who choose to access the Website from locations outside of the United Kingdom are responsible for compliance with local laws if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

None of these Terms shall be enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any third party.

If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and YST as to your use of the Website and shall supersede any prior agreement or representation in respect thereof.

The express provisions of these Terms are in place of all warranties, conditions, terms, undertakings and obligations implied by statute, common law, custom, trade usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Any and all notices to be given by either one of us to the other pursuant to or in connection with these Terms shall be deemed sufficiently given when forwarded by email or facsimile transmission in each case addressed to you at the email address or facsimile number you have given us or to us at the e-mail address or facsimile number displayed on the Website.

English law governs these terms and conditions. You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
